BOOKING POLICY
New Client Policy
To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly request that new clients arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled service. This allows us to fill out the necessary paperwork and get settled.
Booking Policy
A valid credit card is required on file to reserve an appointment. However, you will only be charged once service is completed.
Late Policy
Please plan to arrive early to allow for traffic and parking. If you are less than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to complete your treatment in the time allotted. You will still be charged full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will try our best to accommodate you but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. We take great pride in our work and don’t want to compromise the quality of the service you will receive.
Cancellation Policy
To give us enough time to adjust our schedule, please provide 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If less notice is given, a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment value will be charged.
No-Show Policy
A cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment value will be charged in case of no-show. After 2 no-shows, you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at the time of booking.
Invalid Card Policy
In case of an invalid or failed payment when processing a service fee, a cancellation policy or a no-show policy, clients will be required to pay upfront, along with any outstanding fees, to reserve their next appointment.
Makeup Policy
Please refrain from wearing eye make on the day of your appointment. We are unable to adhere extensions on lashes that have makeup.
Age Policy
You must be at least 16 years of age to receive our services. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is present in the treatment room for the consultation.
Children Policy
For safety reasons, we do not permit children in the treatment room; however, if they are deemed old enough to be unsupervised, they are welcome to stay in the reception area. Please note that we are unable to provide supervision for children during appointments.
Cell Phone Policy
To uphold a tranquil environment for all clients, we kindly request that cell phones be either turned off or switched to silent mode while in the treatment rooms. Additionally, during eyelash appointments, clients are advised not to open their eyes to ensure the procedure is carried out safely.
Pet Policy
We prioritize hygiene and the serene experience of our clients. To maintain these standards, we do not permit pets on the premises. If you bring a pet and cannot arrange for its care, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment, subject to our cancellation policy.
Other Salon Refill Policy
In consideration of maintaining the quality and integrity of our eyelash extension services, we kindly ask clients transitioning from another salon to schedule a full set appointment rather than a refill. Refills are only available to Divine Lashes clients. Regrettably, due to witnessing bad work and varying standards in the industry, we can not offer refills on work done by external salons.
