2. General Shipping (All Other Products)
For all other lash extensions and professional supplies, we offer straightforward flat-rate shipping:

Mixed Orders (North America): If your order contains both the Eyelash Serum and professional supplies, the General Shipping rates will apply to ensure all items are bundled and tracked together.
3. Order Processing
- Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Notifications: You will receive an initial confirmation email followed by a second email containing your tracking number as soon as your package is labeled and transferred to our logistics provider.
4. International Customs, Duties & Taxes
Shipments sent outside of Canada are subject to customs clearance.
- U.S. Orders: Orders shipped to the United States are sent Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) where applicable under CUSMA regulations, ensuring no unexpected border fees upon delivery.
- Fees: Any additional customs charges, import duties, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- Returns: If a package is refused due to these fees, it will be returned to our facility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in these instances.
5. Delivery & Security
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the final-mile postal carrier or courier service, Divine Lashes is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location.
6. Product Availability
In the rare event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to either:
- Full immediate refund.
- Ship the rest of your order now and refund the missing item.
- Hold the shipment until the entire order can be sent together.
