REFUND POLICY
Merchandise Exchanges and Returns
Divine Lashes must be contacted (contact@divinelashes.ca) within ten (10) business days of receipt of your merchandise to grant an exchange. Orders over ten (10) days old are non-returnable. All items eligible for return must be sent back within thirty (30) days of receipt, unopened, and in the original packaging. Due to issues of hygiene, Divine Lashes cannot accept product returns after packaging has been opened.
Upon inspection of the returned items, you will be notified if your return request is approved. No exchange will be accepted without prior authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. In cases where a return results from our error, we will provide a return label. However, if a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address (e.g., omission of a building or suite number) or an oversight on the purchaser’s part (errors in the selected product(s)), shipping and handling fees will apply.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us via e-mail (contact@divinelashes.ca) within ten (10) business days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
It may be necessary for us to contact the courier company for a damage inspection and open a claim. Ensure that all original packing materials are retained for claim purposes. In all cases, the damaged merchandise must be returned along with the packaging materials.
We will assess the issue and, if deemed defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund for the item.
Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Courses and Academy
Divine Lashes does not offer refunds on online or in-person courses. The full curriculum of online courses can be accessed immediately and lifetime access is granted.
Services
Divine Lashes does not offer refunds for in-person services performed in our salons (i.e. lash extensions, lash lifts, brows, etc). Your satisfaction is our priority, and we believe in the quality of our services. If you are unsatisfied with the service you have received, please contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
