INSTAGRAM CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ELIGIBILITY

  • This contest is open to all clients of Divine Lashes who have received a service at our Montreal location.
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old.

CONTEST PERIOD

  • The contest is ongoing, and a winner will be selected on the first day of each month from all eligible entries received within the past 12 months.

HOW TO ENTER

  • Post a picture or video of your service received at Divine Lashes on Instagram.
  • Include in your post the specific lash service you received:
    1. Natural Classic, Glamour Classic, or Divine Classic
    2. Natural Hybrid, Glamour Hybrid, or Divine Hybrid
    3. Natural Volume, Glamour Volume, or Divine Volume
    4. Lash Lift and Tint
    5. Brow Lamination 
  • Tag us in your picture or video @divine_lashes.
  • Add the hashtag #DivineLashesMTL to your post.

PRIZE

  • The prize is a choice of:
    1. A full natural set of lash extensions (classic, hybrid, or volume).
    2. Your next refill of lash extensions (classic, hybrid, or volume).
    3. A lash lift and tint.
    4. A brow lamination. 
  • The winner may choose to upgrade their natural full set to a glamor or divine set by paying the difference in price.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
  • Free touch-ups are not included with the prize. If the winner experiences any issues with their set, such as extension loss, they will be responsible for the cost of any touch-ups.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

  • A winner will be randomly selected on the first day of each month from all eligible entries received within the past 12 months.
  • Winners will be announced on our Instagram page and contacted directly via Instagram Direct Message.
  • If the winner does not respond within 4 business days, another participant will be selected at random.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • By participating in this contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
  • The winner must schedule and attend their free appointment within 30 days of being announced as the winner.
  • If the participant fails to appear at their scheduled appointment, cancels, or reschedules their appointment at the last moment, their free set is void.
  • Divine Lashes reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
  • Divine Lashes is not responsible for any technical issues or problems with Instagram or the internet that may interfere with the contest.

PRIVACY

  • By entering the contest, participants agree to the use of their Instagram handle, photo, and any related content for promotional purposes by Divine Lashes.
  • Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of this contest and will not be shared with third parties.

CHANGES TO TERMS

  • Divine Lashes reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
