Refund & Exchange Policy

At Divine Lashes, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for our professional community. Due to the nature of our products—including adhesives, lash trays, and our Eyelash Serum—all sales are final. This ensures that every product you receive from our studio is brand new, untampered with, and safe for professional use.

1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before they have been processed for shipping. Once a tracking number has been generated or the package is “In Flight,” the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled or redirected.

2. Returns & Exchanges

To ensure the integrity and safety of our professional inventory, we do not offer elective returns or exchanges. This policy ensures that every product you receive from our studio is brand new, untampered with, and stored in a controlled environment prior to reaching your hands.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We take immense pride in our quality control. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@divinelashes.ca within 48 hours of receipt with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos or a brief video of the issue.
  • A description of the defect.

Once our team evaluates the issue, we will provide a replacement or a refund to your original method of payment. Products discarded without our prior approval are not eligible for replacement or refund.

4. Shipping and Handling

If a shipment is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address or an error made by the purchaser during the selection process, shipping and handling fees will apply to resend the order. In cases where a reshipment results from an error on our part, we will cover all associated shipping costs.

5. Divine Lashes Academy (Online & In-Person)

Our courses provide immediate access to proprietary educational content and certification materials; therefore, all enrollments are final.

Having said that, learning isn’t meant to feel overwhelming. You are never expected to navigate your journey alone. If a concept feels unclear or you need technical guidance, our education team is here to support you at every step to ensure your confidence and mastery.

6. Professional Salon Services

We do not offer refunds for services performed in our studios. Our priority is your absolute satisfaction; if you are unhappy with your results, please contact your local studio within 48 hours so we can evaluate the service and provide a complimentary adjustment if necessary.

7. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved by our team, it will be initiated to your original method of payment. You will typically see the credit within 3–5 business days, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
