At Divine Lashes, we prioritize the security of your professional supplies. To ensure every package arrives safely, we ship exclusively via Canada Post Expedited Services, providing a tracking number for every single order.

1. Featured Shipping: Divine Lashes Eyelash Serum

Take advantage of FREE Tracked Shipping for our signature Eyelash Serum anywhere in Canada & the USA.

2. General Shipping (All Other Products)

For all other lash extensions and professional supplies, we offer straightforward flat-rate shipping:

Mixed Orders (North America): If your order contains both the Eyelash Serum and professional supplies, the General Shipping rates will apply to ensure all items are bundled and tracked together.

3. Order Processing

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Notifications: You will receive an initial confirmation email followed by a second email containing your tracking number once the package has been scanned by Canada Post.

4. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

Shipments sent outside of Canada are subject to customs clearance.

  • Fees: Any additional customs charges, import duties, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Returns: If a package is refused due to these fees, it will be returned to our facility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in these instances.

5. Delivery & Security

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by Canada Post, Divine Lashes is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location.

6. Product Availability

In the rare event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to either:

  1. Full immediate refund.
  2. Ship the rest of your order now and refund the missing item.
  3. Hold the shipment until the entire order can be sent together.
