Take advantage of our special rates for our Eyelash Enhancing Serum:
- Canada & USA: FREE Expedited Shipping (Tracked).
- International: $15.00 CAD Flat Rate (Tracked).
2. General Shipping (All Other Products)
For all other lash extensions and professional supplies, we offer straightforward flat-rate tracked shipping:

3. Order Processing
- Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Notifications: You will receive an initial confirmation email followed by a second email containing your tracking number once the package has been scanned by Canada Post.
4. International Customs, Duties & Taxes
Shipments sent outside of Canada are subject to customs clearance.
- Fees: Any additional customs charges, import duties, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- Returns: If a package is refused due to these fees, it will be returned to our facility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in these instances.
5. Delivery & Security
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by Canada Post, Divine Lashes is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location.

In the rare event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to either:
- Full immediate refund.
- Ship the rest of your order now and refund the missing item.
